At least right now, there is a little information on the Danbury Mint Galadriel here: http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330353766522 -- this seller says that he was working at the Danbury Mint when this doll was made, that it was never sold to the public, and that the dolls that were made were given to employees. |

I have just bought my second Danbury Mint Galadriel. When I saw the first one offered on eBay last year, I researched it and found your information on this site, which was the only place I found any information on this gorgeous porcelain doll. I've been watching for another one ever since, and when the second came up last week, I bought it immediately. Thought I'd write in and let you know that two more have sold on eBay, although I suppose they could be the first two, selling again. |

Well done! I also love LOTR, and have since about 1976. I'm hoping the same crew does a movie of The Hobbit, and soon. And, like your daughter, I love that elf! |
