Licensed promo mousepad from Major Cineplex, a theatre chain in Thailand. Mint unused condition, I think it's still in it's original plain plastic wrapper.
Promo mousepads were amongst a series of inexpensive gifts which were distributed to lure moviegoers. The quality is surprisingly good, but they skimped on size. It measures 5 x 5.5 inches.
