I've heard these were for sale in Taiwan cinemas, but were very htf, and I've also been told these were a promotion by a Taiwanese bank. I know of other bank promotions there that involved 3d items, so either story is entirely feasible.
These are definitely licensed, and carry all the proper trademark logos. The front and back outside covers are identical, the insides covers feature a photographic checklist of all thirty cards.
