USA Valentines by Paper Magic Group Slightly different sets were sold at different retailers, so these are not all the same. There are subtle differences in the boxes, and the included cards. It is a tradition in the USA for school children to give one another small, inexpensive cards on Valentine's Day. Parents buy enough so that every child in the class will receive a card, and children will decorate small boxes as "mailboxes" for their Valentines. Cards often have a funny saying or a pun on them.
USA Valentines cards Box says Flashy Foils, there is no manufacturer name elsewhere, so I do not know if these are part of the Paper Magic Group series.
